Our History
North State Medical Transport was incorporated in 2004 by long tenured Wake County paramedics who saw a need in their community for additional convalescent services. Now, following years of consistent quality service, what began as a 1 ambulance, 1 county service is quickly becoming the most prominent ambulance service in North Carolina.
Our Services
North State Medical Transport is a non emergent, ambulance transportation service. We offer three levels of transportation including Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, and wheel-chair services. Our ambulances and vans are staffed with EMTs and paramedics who are trained to ensure patient safety while traveling in our care.
